Changeable Speed Limit Signs

The A-T Communications Changeable Speed Limit Sign is designed specifically for WORK ZONES, SCHOOL ZONES, or other areas subject to periodic speed limit changes. The Changeable Speed Limit Sign is a numeric sign that electronically displays the selected speed limit in ultra bright amber LED numerals. The Changeable Speed Limit Sign is lightweight and easy to install and has been designed in harmony with MUTCD R2-1 sign specifications. The electronic display module can be easily removed for replacement or repair.

A-T Communications Changeable Speed Limit Signs are available in 3 different sizes - a 24" x 30" (MUTCD R2-1) for use in areas with speed limits up to 50 MPH, a 36" x 48" (MUTCD R2-1) for use in areas with speed limits 50 MPH to 70 MPH and a 48" x 60" (MUTCD R2-1) for use in areas with speed limits 70 MPH and above.

Features:

	State-of-the-art Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology and solid-state electronic design.
	Brightness is controlled automatically by a photocell using 16-step pulse width modulation.
	Two discrete speed limits can be selected and switched between by means of external devices.
	Optional photocell controlled automatic day/night speed limit selection.
	The unit is powered by 120 VAC or optional battery power with solar charging.
	The sign background is high intensity prismatic sheeting in a choice of colors.
	The display face is of non-glare, UV inhibited, high impact polycarbonate.
	A weather-tight cabinet houses the LED display, power supply and controller.
	The lockable cabinet is vandal and tamper resistant.
	Easy installation using standard 4.5” signal pole U-bolt style mounting brackets.
